Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office applications

Lead and manage all aspects of the physical retail store, including staff management, customer service, visual merchandising, and daily operations

Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback for the management team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

2-4 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.

2+ years of related experience (ex. retail, service, hospitality, military), prior supervisory experience preferred

Transmits all required reports (financial and other) to management.

Attends management meetings as required.

Ensures safe work practices are followed at all times:

Ensures the facility is neat, clean, and organized to prevent injury or accident.

Ensures employees, volunteers, community service personnel and others use safe work methods at all times.

Provides safety training to all new employees and administers on-going training to all store personnel.

Oversee Project Management of all materials and sampling to ensure all materials meet brand standards and are reviewed/approved internally.

Assist and educate project management team on negotiating terms, pricing etc. for project-specific vendors.

Capable of leading a team & performance management

Oversee all department scheduling, most notably delegating projects to internal and external project managers managing the bandwidth of the teams

Assist and teach project managers to resolve timeline issues that arise on projects

Oversee the external partner that manages the Concept book to ensure it is kept up to date

3-6 years’ store management experience (some stores in high volume areas may require more)

Analyze market trends in tandem with District Manager to effectively drive sales

Communicate with District Manager on coaching strategy and conflict resolution

Understanding of how to develop staff through experience in staffing, coaching, counseling, etc.

Knowledge of retail operations such as sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention

Create and maintain a "Total Customer Satisfaction" culture by ensuring your team is 100% trained on the NB GUEST service model

Experience in hiring and management of staff in a fast-paced, busy retail environment
