Review and analyze daily below-order-point reports and procures products for those stores whose volumes did not meet the auto buy parameters.
Communicate daily with stores regarding purchasing of product and other special needs.
Communicate with vendors regarding product availability and purchase orders.

· Manage all vendor setups/ changes including incoterms/payment terms
· Expedite/ De-expedite pos as necessary based on supply plan.
· Provide component availability updates to CMs and resolve any bottlenecks or problems that may arise.
· Escalate any risks that may arise from production on timing/quality.
· Schedule all freight in for incoming pos – FG/ components.
· Ensure delivery of production to 3PL and availability of inventory on time.
