Manages the flow of goods, resources to ensure that critical processes run effectively to achieve org goals and performance KPI.
Manage all vendor setups/ changes including incoterms/payment terms
Manage month end process for closing the month accurately and on time including finalizing all receipts/workorders/adjustments and more.
Execute all purchase order requests from supply planner to quote and issue. Ensure all cogs meet cogs targets.
Expedite/ De-expedite pos as necessary based on supply plan.
Provide component availability updates to CMs and resolve any bottlenecks or problems that may arise.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for IW purchasing and subcontracting process in compliance with CPSR requirements.
