They provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training and development. They also provide advice and guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning. The Senior People Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. They are also responsible for managing the HR budget and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Skills Required
