Overview A Senior People Operations Associate is a professional who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s human resources department. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed, and that the organization’s employees are treated fairly and equitably. Detailed Job Description The Senior People Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related activities. The Senior People Operations Associate is also responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed, and that the organization’s employees are treated fairly and equitably. Job Skills Required• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a human resources role
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
