This Business Analyst will be responsible for:

5+ years of professional experience working in the financial services and/or management consulting industry

Management consulting experience highly preferred

Experience in commercial, retail and/or private banking, cash management, merchant services, and front to back-office operations

Expert knowledge of both Agile and other project or program management SDLC principles, tools, and templates (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Experience with business and/or technology architecture for payments functions such as checks, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Money Movement

Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience (e.g. Bill Pay, Zelle, Bank to Bank)

Prepare month end reporting schedules and flux analysis for management reviews

Owning/completing key high volume weekly cash account reconciliations, utilizing advanced excel skills and system reconciliation tools

Excellent communication and organization skills is a must for this position

1-2 years of Big 4 or similar experience

High volume cash reconciliation experience

Advanced skills with Excel and Blackline

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Previous leadership experience preferred or equivalent mentorship/management of project work.

The Senior Counsel will manage and advise on a variety of consumer and commercial payments products:

Ongoing guidance of the Interpretation for regulatory requirements and impacted changes.

Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably at a start-up

Experience working within payments or fintech adjacent industry

Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition for a B2B-related product

Interest in payroll, HR, and/or the fintech landscape

Own critical business functions such as reconciling ledger accounts, processing cash management settlements & daily treasury activities

Strong Robinhood product knowledge and analytical skills

Manage risks for back-office activities

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or similar interests

3+ years experience in Payment Operations, Financial Services, or related field

Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action

Strong collaboration skills, experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.

Has strong experience developing business cases

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Payments or Fintech 

Skilled at crafting data-driven stories; strong presentation skills a plus.
