Senior Operational Excellence Partner Jobs

Familiarity with design control, translating user needs to product requirements, agile development, SWOT analyses, and product lifecycle management tools.

Proven track record of successful Program Management in the diagnostics market including all aspects of a successful end-to-end product lifecycle.

Advanced analytical and operational skills with an ability to identify meaningful insights from complex data.

Situational awareness, coupled with facilitation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills to drive cross-functional decision-making.

Experience working in team environments is required.

Specific experience managing complex system programs with multiple sub-projects as part of a complete solution is required

PMP or similar certification is highly desired

Experience working with multiple system integrations and knowledge of system capabilities.

Experience in data management, architecture and reporting within SAP/SuccessFactors or other related systems.

Support data processes across the PRO (HR) organization regarding best practices in data management, continuous improvement and prioritization.

Highly skilled and experienced in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Collaborates with other analysts/manager on strategic research projects; responsible for creating hypotheses, running standard analyses, and interpreting results.

Functional experience in multiple systems and data processes

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex tasks

4-5 years experience in Operational Risk, Operational Excellence, Compliance, Internal Control or a related subject area.

Experience in business process improvement, risk assessment, control design and development of control & process testing.

Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convey clear insight and thought leadership

Experience with regulators or regulated entities as well as internal and external auditors is a plus

5+ years in managerial experience

8+ years’ experience in operations/manufacturing or business development, preferably within technology companies.

5+ years’ experience setting a vision and communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.

4 + years of Trust & Safety domain experience.
