Demonstrated knowledge and experience in security and compliance requirements related to MS O365

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS O365 features and capabilities, and recommend new solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

Design, develop, test and implement information portals, content management systems, business automation, and collaboration platforms

Identify critical system issues and engage cross-functional teams and external vendors for timely incident resolution and problem management for recurring issues

Administration and management of Microsoft O365

Experience in the SaaS, employee benefits and/or healthcare space is a plus

Experience in communications and stakeholder management

Experience of managing a team without direct line management

Knowledge of Financial Systems e.g. monitoring budget management, processing invoices and procurement; business planning processes

Evidence of planning and delivering programmes, projects and services on time using established project management techniques

Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2 Foundation and Microsoft Project

Experience of design of training evaluation. Examples: Processes for survey data collection, analysis and reporting.

ConnectWise Manage ticketing experience is a plus

Cisco Duo identity and access management technologies

Work in cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and private cloud offerings

Provide hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, such as Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware vSphere

Design, configure, maintain, and monitor WAN and VPN connections to remote divisions

Minimum five, ideally ten, years’ experience in a systems focused engineer role

Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management

Knowledge of, or experience with the ITIL Framework.

Good understanding of Identity and Access Management.

Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.

Management and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 stack

Management and maintenance of the Atlassian stack

Management of vulnerabilities (patching) on desktops/servers

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

Assist in management and upgrades of security certificates, patches, etc.

Cross-train with others on Infrastructure team to ensure proper backup of skills and abilities

Working knowledge of Information Protection, Data Governance and Compliance in Microsoft 365

Create/Manage user accounts in Active Directory

Ensure that the Microsoft 365 environment is secure and meets the company's security requirements

Experience in Microsoft 365 services design, implementation, and maintenance

Microsoft M365 certifications are preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

BS in Computer Science or related + 10 years of experience
