Experience with strategic business partnership, talent acquisition, talent management, and DEI.

Bachelor’s degree in organizational development/organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology or related. Related experience considered in lieu of education.

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational effectiveness and development.

Strong planning, influencing/coaching, collaboration and communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and partner across functional lines and at all levels.

Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience using MS Office and HRIS.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and business acumen.

Develop and maintain relationships with leading Hotel schools, participate in on-campus recruitment and coordinate any Management Training or Internship Programs

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

Lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment activities within the Talent & Culture department to ensure standards are followed

Previous leadership experience in a human resources or talent and culture related functions an asset

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Research, plan and participate in recruitment trips to key employment markets
