Leadership and indirect people management.

5+ of experience with artists and brands in the music industry.

Direct experience in the US Latiné music industry.

Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Drive change management and internal communications related to people initiatives and drive adoption of business changes.

Manage a team of talent advisory, talent management and DEI professionals.

Competence in financial acumen, budget management, and 3rd party management.

Experience and strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, learning needs analysis

Demonstrated change management, communications, project management, and execution strengths. Ability to contract and manage expectations with multiple stakeholder groups.
