Prepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocations

2-6 years experience PE or RE Fund Accounting OR from public accounting with FS clients.

Experience with Yardi or Investran a plus.

Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationships

Prepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, etc

Prepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&L

Developing relationships with and working with management

Comfortable communicating internally as well as with advisors, management teams and financing sources

Performing other responsibilities, as necessary

Minimum four years of work experience with at least two–three years with a private equity firm

Strong financial modeling, accounting and due diligence skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with accountability for a revenue target either via account management or new business development;

· Support the management of other PE firm relationships with their North American Offices.

· Experience in integrating solutions across many different advisory offering areas;

5+ years of experience managing projects for Investor Relations group within an Alternative Asset Manager

Utilize knowledge of investor relations operations in order to identify best practices and encourange change adoption

Gather requirements, documentation, and develop use cases

Domain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity

Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving operational efficiency for the investor relations group

Document process workflows and diagrams

Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations

Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience

CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification

Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients

Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills

Manage quarterly Fund and Portfolio expense tracking and reimbursement process

3 - 5 years of experience, with some VC or PE experience preferred

Experience working with QuickBooks or other accounting software

Must be detail oriented and organized and possess excellent analytical skills

Assist in oversight of outsourced Tax Compliance team for partnership and corporate returns, as well as review of individual K-1s.

Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with private equity firms, portfolio company executives, and industry professionals
