Reports directly to the Executive Director, Chief of Staff the Senior Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Stay abreast of current health equity knowledge and industry trends, and synthesize trend analyses for senior leaders

Manage, track and present progress and outcomes to senior leaders, as required, through formal presentations.

5 (five) years of experience developing HEALTH EQUITY COMMUNICATIONS for internal and external audiences

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Manage a team of administrators and oversee books/records for a complex family of investment funds and holding companies

3-6 years of public accounting or a combination of public accounting/private equity experience

Manage the daily operations of partner entities, including supervising and reviewing work prepared by administrators

3-5 years of public accounting experience

Knowledge of the back-office financial services industry preferred

Manage quarterly close and record payroll journal entries bi-monthly

·Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, System Implementations

·Knowledge of eFront FrontInvest, SunGard / FIS Investran, and other fund management systems a plus

New York, Hybrid / Remote, $190,000 - $230,000 base + Bonus, Healthcare, Benefits.
