Must be knowledgeable of process-improvement strategies, experienced in measuring results, enabling accountability and performance enhancement

Proactive decision making skills, logical reasoning, critical thinking, innovative and a high level of initiative are all essential competencies

Strong inter-personal skills, persuasive, and a highly effective communicator

Knowledge of Airport Customer Service operations, network systems and OCC

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Marketing, Finance, Operational Management (or related)

Experience with performance management and visualization tools i.e. Power BI.

Experience with Commercial contract management life cycle

Manager for WC & EC Contract Management roles

Liaison into I&E Product management(salesforce, bpconnection, docusign). Support discovery squads for digital agenda, prioritization, new business opportunities.

Meaningful customer engagement, order 2 cash knowledge and business operational experience in B2B AND B2C

Strong change management skills and demonstrated experience changing a culture to a Lean environment.

BS - Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent experience, is required.

10+ years of manufacturing experience

8+ of Continuous Improvement and/or Engineering leadership experience including familiarity with Toyota Production Systems/ LEAN and value stream mapping.

Medical devices or automotive experience

Assists in Business Unit Labor Modeling by leading teams to evaluate production layouts, time studies and productivity standards

Establish the performance goals, support the allocation resources, and assess policies for senior management.

Give suggestions and advise management for making key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions.

Sets, defines and achieves SMART goal objectives and report ongoing results/progress to the management team

Supports project and change management activities

Manage shopfloor meetings, action plans, and continuous improvement program.

Manages the 3 level shopfloor meetings, improves lean standards

Portfolio management, capability steering, and knowledge transfer

Bridge knowledge gaps in projects by requesting and managing/developing additionally required capabilities.

Collaborate with Excellence Execution project managers to coordinate project executions at the site

Lean Six Sigma Belt certification required.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborate to support building and delivering the OpEx learning curriculum.

Deploy Value Stream Maps, Visual Management Systems and other key lean tools.

Support project teams, prepare project schedules, coordinate the execution of technical projects and report out to senior management.

Provide investigation support for production related investigations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Lean Silver Certification or Shingo Graduate preferred

Minimum 5 years of Operational Excellence experience in the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry - Cell Therapy preferred.

Experience with Hoshin Kanri or Policy Deployment systems implementation is desirable.

Develop a quality assurance and management system to audit internal processes and identify gaps and opportunities

Manage internal and external (eg. MoonPay Help Center) documentation and content to enable internal efficiencies and customer education

You have deep experience in building operational programs with a focus on operational processes and customer communications

Evaluates monthly Carrier Excellence Performance Metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence includes:

Understands operational requirements and translates these into actions for quality and process improvement by interacting with employees and other teams

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

At least 5 years Oncology experience (can be outside of industry)

Strong written, organizational, and computer (e.g. Excel, power point) skills

Pay Rate: $75/hr-$95/hr commiserate with experience
