Five to seven years of direct culinary and operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.

B.S. Degree in Culinary/Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus four years of directly related experience preferred.

2+years of experience in a direct-to-consumer relationship marketing role

Strong technology skills and competence

Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors

Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Negotiates obstacles and issues by understanding client needs and collaborating with community management.

Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames.

Utilizes Salesforce effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base.

Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1 – 3 years experience with strong customer service, sales support or administrative experience preferred.

Proficient computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, MS word processing, Excel spreadsheets, etc.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Associates degree or technical school training in a related field preferred.
