Senior Leasing Consultant Jobs in Oregon

Minimum 2 years' experience working in sales, leasing or property management required.

Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition

Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the Thompson Thrift Residential standards

Show model, market ready units and common areas

Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects

Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours following the guidelines outlined in our training materials

Good organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software

Strong sales and customer service experience

Leases apartments to achieve occupancy goals

Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
