Computer skills: Experience with RealPage or Property Management software desired.

Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience desired.

High School or GED (General Education Diploma)

Previous leasing experience a plus

Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset

Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus

Inspect models and available “market ready”, communicate related service needs to Property Manager/Maintenance

Lease apartments in accordance to procedures set forth by management; which includes meeting and/or exceeding monthly goals

Accurately enter new lease, renewal, and rental application information – verify all required information and submit to management for approval

Maintain and manage new and existing lease files; complete projects in a timely manner as set forth by management

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Conduct building tours of our model, properties, vacant units and amenities to prospects in a knowledgeable manner

Guide applicants through the leasing cycle; ensure all requirements are met prior to resident move-in and accurately collect all needed monies/fees

You will be rewarded for your sales performance and have the opportunity to participate in an attractive commission program.

You will develop long lasting relationships with our current residents and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Pay: Up to $19 an hour.

Commission potential up to $25k a year.
