• Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs
• Provides an excellent sales experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours
• Leases apartments to achieve occupancy goals

• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication
• Strong sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $25.48 per hour. New hires generally start between $18.00 - $22.12 per hour. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs. Commission – based role - $100 per new move-in lease.
