International Treasury / Foreign Exchange Risk Management

Manage refinancings for revolving credit facilities totaling $12.25 billion with over 30 banks

Oversee $25 billion of retirement plan assets encompassing both defined benefit (pension) and defined contribution (401(k)) plans

Close monitoring of financial markets and fund / manager performance

Lead Clean Fuels business plan/strategy development and execution in collaboration with portfolio management, risk management and broader finance and investment team.

Demonstrable experience with origination of structured finance transactions with top tier clients.

EDUCATION AND PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

SPECIFIC RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience in structuring and negotiating transactions involving structured debt and equity investments

Liaise for corporate due diligence requirements related to underlying project and portfolio investments.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in investment management/banking/trading business management or operations

Manage key strategic investment and finance related technology and data vendor relationships

Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience leading complex projects and managing deadlines

Partner with the team to create and drive Martello’s investment and finance teams’ business unit strategy, priorities and target operating model

Design and lead the operational buildout to enhance the infrastructure supporting Martello’s investment and finance functions

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; propensity to challenge thinking, problem tackle and improve processes

Prior experience in management consulting, business operations, or product operations is a plus.

Qualifications Required For Your Success

Supervision of staff, people management and team building skills is required

Proven analytical and project management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field is required. MBA preferred.

Knowledge of macroeconomics, global investment markets, and financial analysis

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e. Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, BNY Mellon Workbench, Clearwater etc.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
