BA/BS in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field.

Must possess advanced computer skills and knowledge.

Must be knowledgeable about heavy equipment industry, customers, characteristics and the requirements of meeting their needs.

Must be able to execute projects and long range goals as directed by management.

Maintains a working knowledge of all products sold and their application, and ensures that department staff have the same knowledge.

Ensures that client invoice disputes are resolved promptly and are not elevated to the manager or director level.

Interpersonal skills sufficient to work cooperatively with people, and to effectively motivate and appraise employee performance.

Foundational project management skills are required.

Lead a high performing team of 5-8 Finance professionals/managers, including up to 5 direct reports.

A minimum of 8 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

Must have experience supervising direct reports or leading project teams.

Effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and management.

Improve contracting and sales processes while developing SOPs, training materials, and best practices for sales reps and managers.

Manage existing sales incentive programs and scaling new programs after controlled pilots and analysis of the competitive landscape.

Manage payment operations for sales incentives (door fees, revenue share, etc).

Manage 3rd party sales vendor programs: distributing leads, tracking performance, distributing payments, tracking budget.

Manage the MxU lead generation and distribution strategy and processes for key regional and national accounts.
