The GFiber Inventory Acquisition team is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for GFiber to install our infrastructure and access potential customers (including multifamily/apartment/condo, multi-tenant/commercial/office, and single family/HOA/private road entities).
Role Description
As a Senior IA Operations Lead, you will leverage your experience of the MxU (Multifamily and Multi-tenant) industry and business operations to accelerate Inventory Acquisitions at GFiber.
In this role, you'll:
  • Provide read-outs to senior leadership on programs and sales performance.
  • Review contract proposals to ensure compliance with business processes and approval thresholds.
  • Provide strategic direction in target setting and serve as the point of contact for the sales team and sales operations specialists.
  • Manage the MxU lead generation and distribution strategy and processes for key regional and national accounts.
  • Research and analyzing sales and consumer data and creating optimized sales processes.
  • Manage payment operations for sales incentives (door fees, revenue share, etc).
  • Manage 3rd party sales vendor programs: distributing leads, tracking performance, distributing payments, tracking budget.
  • Manage existing sales incentive programs and scaling new programs after controlled pilots and analysis of the competitive landscape.
  • Improve contracting and sales processes while developing SOPs, training materials, and best practices for sales reps and managers.
  • Oversee bulk billing operations while expanding bulk sales and reporting.
  • Own relationships with 3rd party suppliers and data providers.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and management.
  • Manage changes to compensation plans, bonuses, and other rep incentives.
  • Use problem solving skills to solve complex sales and operational problems and use CRM and automation tools in daily processes.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business operations or sales operations with multifamily focus.
  • 5 years of leadership experience delegating tasks and supporting sales teams and sales operations specialists.
It's preferred if you have:
  • 8 years of experience working in a high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing MXU/MDU sales organization.
  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of leadership experience delegating tasks and supporting sales teams and sales operations specialists.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with salesforce CRM.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $138,000 - $202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
