Thorough knowledge of leadership development, Human Resources, Risk Management policies and procedures.

Ten or more years of successful experience in human resources management.

Ten or more years of successful experience in business management, preferably in operations with multi-million-dollar revenues and multi-site responsibility.

Ability to build teams, motivate others, delegate job duties, and hold team members accountable for the completion of responsibilities.

Must have strong oral and communications skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Previous experience supporting executive level management.

Knowledge of HR and/or Human Capital Management systems, such as ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.

Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, strong business acumen.

Experience leading HR teams in a complex matrix organizational structure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication.

SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

You have experience working in fast-paced, nimble environments, preferably with highly matrixed or multi-brand global organizations

You will lead engagement and culture initiatives across the multiple brands, functions and geographies

You have proven strength in building values-driven, diverse and inclusive organizations with strong employee engagement

Possess an undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Exposure to Payroll, Union, ESOP, Multi-site/Multi State and Acquisitions/Integration experience is a value add.

Fully accountable for the department’s budget and financial performance.
