Prior experience working in Growth for a large consumer-facing marketplace a plus

Partner cross-functionally to determine impact of strategic initiatives and how it impacts Instacart’s growth trajectory

Prepare insightful analytics for cross functional leadership team; identify areas of opportunity to help develop Instacart’s strategic direction

Support long range strategic planning and scenario modeling

Conceptualize and implement additional ways to forecast growth

Manage reporting and optimizations of podcast test campaigns by analyzing and presenting relevant growth metrics

2+ years experience in performance/growth marketing

Prior experience working in the Podcast industry is a must

Strong written communication, and organizational skills

Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Looker or similar reporting platform experience a plus)

Experience in Magellan or Podscribe a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the media industry and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies and initiatives that align with Starting Small Media's vision.

Create data-driven insights and reports to inform decision-making processes.

Assist in analyzing user engagement data to optimize content strategies and improve audience reach.

Experience with creative design, strategic campaign development and management

Familiarity working within multiple communication platforms: project management software, email, chat, text, phone, video chat, etc.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the services

Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

Manage online presence, including campaign management, content creation, SEO optimization and occasionally, website development

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills and delivering successful conversion funnel strategies

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience working in the Metaverse, XR, Crypto, NFTs or gaming

Experience working with product,engineering, or data engineering

4 years of experience in data analysis

Experience using a business intelligence tool (ex: Tableau)

Experience using web analytics data (ex: Mixpanel)

Experience with collaborative development tools (ex: Git)
