Senior Game Development Manager Jobs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to identify and address dependencies and requirements.

7+ years of software development experience.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or the equivalent in experience.

Demonstrated organizational and logistics management capabilities.

Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written), relationship-building abilities, and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline and/or sufficient work experience in the sports marketing, sales, advertising, and/or events industries.

High level of business acumen, creative problem-solving abilities, and professionalism.

Experience using CRM and MS Office software.

7+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role

Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Exceptional leadership abilities, with successful experience managing teams

Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure productivity and efficiency

Manage relationships with external partners, such as publishers and contractors, to ensure the successful completion of projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
