Senior Fleet Sourcing Manager Jobs in Iowa

Preparation of fleet data to be provided for analysis and presented to senior management and end users enabling sound business decisions.

Management of transportation O&M and Capital budgets within home region. Assist other regional fleet personnel with budgets.

Collaborates with National/Regional/Local EHS to develop and adjust vehicle safety requirements as needed.

Preferred ASE auto service consultant certification or equivalent

Experience with Large/Medium duty truck, hydraulics, and / or multiple utility vehicle experience, Electric Boom trucks

Strong to advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint ) and excellent EXCEL skills needed

Knowledge of the Air Force Vehicle Master List, and associated Use and Management Codes

Knowledge of distribution management, material management, and contingency operations

5+ years of experience as a Fleet Manager at the Craftsman level

Knowledge of Master Planning, deployment and distribution planning, and contracting

3 + years of experience with managing a vehicle fleet at the Superintendent level

Experience with working on Strategic Level military staff

MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience/ knowledge

Significant experience in Sourcing, Operations, or equivalent experience related to Fleet management or equipment leasing

Manage corporate sourcing process end-to-end, including hedging strategy and trigger points within the assigned spend category

Collaborate with HR Operations and Total Rewards to align Fleet offerings to the Company Car Policy and business needs

Strong experience within the assigned spend category

Strong experience in Procurement processes
