Key Role:
Provide fleet manager analysis supporting procurement and sustainment of special purpose vehicle requirements for newly bundled prepositioned war reserve materiel (WRM) capabilities advancing evolving combat and collaborative operations strategies for denied environments. Use analytics and other advanced tools to optimize WRM vehicle packaging and equipment storage and maintenance solutions for garrison and expeditionary locations. Serve as the primary liaison between client, capabilities functional area managers, and enterprise-level vehicle program managers supporting common, fuels, base, and runway support vehicle users. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Master Planning, deployment and distribution planning, and contracting
- Knowledge of Air Force On-Line Vehicle Integrated Management System (OLVIMS) management functions, including inputting data into the OLVIMS computer system and verifying its accuracy
- 5+ years of experience as a Fleet Manager at the Craftsman level
- Secret clearance
- Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the Air Force Vehicle Master List, and associated Use and Management Codes
- Knowledge of distribution management, material management, and contingency operations
Additional Qualifications:
- 3 + years of experience with managing a vehicle fleet at the Superintendent level
- Experience with leading and participating in a Working Group or similar planning groups
- Top Secret clearance
- Graduate of the Contingency Wartime Planning Course
- Ability to present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes
- Experience with working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments and organizations
- Master's degree
- Experience with working on Strategic Level military staff
- Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings
- Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
