Thoroughly explain key variances from budget, forecast and prior year to leadership team

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management systems.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the Cyber Security industry

Previous experience using Adaptive Insights/Workday Adaptive Plannning

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities to support strategic decision-making processes.

Help administrator and maintain Adaptive Insights EPM tool

Ability to work independently with demonstrated time management skills

Assist Finance Managers, Senior Director and Insurance CFO in the execution of key financial planning and forecasting processes

Utilize appropriate risk management mindset to ensure strong financial controls environment through the operation of SOX and other control frameworks

Minimum of 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience

Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders, including stakeholders within Insurance business, other finance teams and the Insurance accounting team

BS degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred

Undertake the production of monthly management accounts and supporting reconciliations

Manage the fixed asset register and Tagetik IFRS16 lease management system

Support the UK Finance team on ad hoc projects such as new business models and systems projects

Experience within external audit at a large accountancy firm

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to communicate across all levels of the business

Computer literate with strong excel skills and the ability to quickly adapt to and understand new systems

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field

Experience with financial reporting analysis; advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (creating graphs, pivot tables, VLookup and charts).

Advanced working knowledge and skill in the financial field with ability to function as a subject matter expert.

7 years of related work experience required beyond degree (ex. 11 years of experience without bachelor’s degree required).

Experience supporting a contract negotiation team.

Experience supporting a sourcing team.

Management of Int’l entities’ accounting, tax, treasury and financials.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field

Internal financial audit of accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Support the annual budget/standard cost process, strategic review process, and monthly/quarterly forecasting process

Five (5) years of progressive work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis/Management Consulting/Corporate Strategy or Development

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Math or related area with a quantitative emphasis required

Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Math or related area with a quantitative emphasis preferred

Minimum five (5) years’ work experience conducting detailed statistical or data analysis required

Demonstrated ability to lead a team through prior work experience

Experience (4+ years) preparing budgets and monthly financial reports

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

5 years of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience; Exposure to large multi-entity organizations highly preferred.

Strong understanding of financial concepts/modeling and database skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel superuser with the ability to manage large sets of complex data.

ERP systems experience required; Oracle, Power BI, or similar software highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Collaborate with peers and management across multiple disciplines to ensure data integrity & accuracy.

Drive service excellence; provide financial insights to support the forecasting process ensuring appropriate channel/category mix, and operating expense management.

Maintain a weekly consolidated forecast driven by key inputs from the business; articulate updates to Finance leadership and the CFO

Regularly meet with Finance leadership and the CFO to provide key insights to the consolidated financial performance/climate

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of financial reporting systems a plus (e.g., Hyperion, Onestream)

Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel

Experience with or ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment
