Knowledge of Workforce Management Principles

Knowledge of all skills and abilities of the Refrigeration Technician 1 and 2position

Knowledge of electromechanical ball valves ahead of the heat exchangers

Knowledge of EMS Programming communication protocols

Knowledge of the different rack configurations (i.e. parallel racks split config/loop/glycol/ dual stage)

Knowledge of the oil return system including the discharge oil separator

Perform system integration and installation of BWFS products and associated OEM equipment to meet customer performance requirements.

Read and analyze assembly and electrical prints/bills of material and order acknowledgement documentation to create the field transition plan.

Provide remote technical service to customers.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical field service or applications engineering.

Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.

Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of access control standards and best practices.

Experience and skills you’ll have

Daily updates to the Project Manager on status or possible needs for change orders.

Experience with Access Control PDK, ICT, and Avigilon (Openpath) systems is a plus.

Experience with smart locks like Salto, Assa Abloy, and Dormakaba is a plus.

Experience with Server Configuration is a plus.

5+ years of work experience as a valve repair technician, instrumentation mechanic, or comparable experience.

Demonstrated experience working with electronic instrumentation and valve repairs.

Education or experience working with insects or insect surveillance for public health is desirable.
