• Communicate regularly on the Pharmacy Strategy with:

o Operations, Growth and other Internal Stakeholders

Works closely with others in the Operations Team to keep compliance, inventory management, auditing, and future opportunities at the forefront.

Must have experience and proficient PC skills (Gmail, Google Apps, web-based programs, Salesforce.com experience preferred, Excel or Google Sheets)

Has experience leading others resulting in improved employee and client satisfaction

Cares about patients and wants to ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our service

Manage and oversee 340B Pharmacy Business Partnerships to help grow the network and promote the brand.

Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem

Demonstrated management/leadership skills and/or program management

BS Pharmacy required, PharmD and/or MBA/MS (or equivalent education/experience) preferred

Minimum five years’ experience in hospital pharmacy is desirable

Must hold a current state license to practice pha

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

Five (5) years of experience in a hospital pharmacy.

Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy

Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility and deal effectively with change.

Identifies staffing needs. Selects, trains, mentors, evaluates and counsels staff as appropriate.

Establishes scope of services and develops annual implementation plans which contribute to organizational strategic objectives.

Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.

Articulate the technical requirements for process improvement initiatives and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

10+ years demonstrated and relevant experience, including leadership in continuous process improvement initiatives and 5+ years within a pharmacy environment preferred.

Proven ability to manage distributed teams

Experience working with an MRP/ERP technology (e.g., NetSuite), WMS, automation integration layers, and Pharmacy Operating system.

Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills including the ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.

3+ years of operations management experience, including demonstrated responsibility over managing workflow, resources, quality, and compliance.

3+ years of prior experience managing single or multiple operations locations, including leading/directing teams of managers.

Maintains a regular pharmacy visit cadence.

Partners with internal key stakeholders to implement standardized initiatives to improve pharmacy performance.

At the discretion of the Executive Director of Operations, may participate in key client meetings and business reviews.

Implements enterprise-wide standard processes, programs and procedures among pharmacies within a designated geography.

3+ years of operations management experience, including demonstrated responsibility over managing workflow, resources, quality, and compliance.

3+ years of prior experience managing single or multiple operations locations, including leading/directing teams of managers.

Maintains a regular pharmacy visit cadence.

Partners with internal key stakeholders to implement standardized initiatives to improve pharmacy performance.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Location: Partially Remote / Travel Required
