Senior Director Of People Operations Jobs in Colorado

5 plus years' experience in an HR management role, ideally within dynamic, growth-oriented, high-tech, remote or hybrid environments

Experience designing, implementing and managing the success of innovative compensation and performance management systems

Own the development and management of People team OKRs

Intermediate to Expert level Excel/Google Workspace skills, and experience with various apps including Slack, BambooHR, CultureAmp, Lattice, ERI, Notion, Asana

Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and operationalize the People team and headcount-related budgets and manage the budgeting process

Responsible for legal compliance with applicable human resource federal and state requirements in all US jurisdictions in which we operate

Technical skills including general digital literacy, data management and analytics

All aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development

Three (3) years of direct managerial and staff supervisory experience

Intermediate or above skiing or snowboarding ability PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Interpersonal skills - active listening, empathy and selflessness

Experience and past success innovating and advancing thought, strategy and programming to deliver positive cultural progress aligned with the company vision
