Senior Director Of Investments Jobs

2-4+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, and/or underwriting/valuation

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining efficiency

Track project and investment performance, progress, and reporting requirements

Assist with the preparation of offering documents and marketing materials for prospective investors.

Real estate investment and/or development experience across multiple product types is strongly preferred

Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills

Alongside Finance team, oversee investor and lender reporting, cash management activities, and distribution.

Minimum 7+ years of multifamily asset management experience.

Proven success in budgeting, financial management, team development, and performance management.

Make recommendations on capital events including the sale or refinance of OakPoint’s multifamily assets and oversee the execution of those efforts.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to multifamily properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and insurance coverage.

Collaborate with VP of Investment Operations and General Counsel in negotiating multifamily contracts, agreements, and any litigation or legal matters.

Refine Investment Processes. Spearhead deliberate, intentional strategies for the platform, including acquisitions, asset management, debt procurement, innovation, leadership, etc.

7 - 10 years minimum experience in real estate investment and acquisition focused on affordable workforce housing

5+ years experience in managing high performing teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work with Investment Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Preconstruction and Development to evaluate investment opportunities.
