Senior Director Of Individual Giving Jobs in Iowa

3+ years of front-line experience in individual gifts development in a nationwide setting, preferably as part of a nationally deployed team.

Successful experience closing five-figure commitments including planned gifts, campaign and endowment gifts, and investment options.

Experience in a multi-national federated organization.

Establish a strategic and systematic focus on closing five-figure and above commitments from high net-worth individuals.

Conduct and/or coordinate face-to-face visits, and other activities with donors.

Meet or exceed annual individual revenue goals.

Comprehensive knowledge of campaign fundraising with record-setting results. Experience as a fundraiser during campaign planning, execution, and closure.

Bachelor’s degree with 7-plus years relevant experience.

Proven experience in principal gifts by personally securing six and seven-figure commitments.

Knowledge of deferred/estate gift structures and the process to administer them internally. Proven ability to cultivate and document deferred/estate gifts.

Experience working closely with members of fiduciary boards and volunteer leadership.

Experience working closely with executive leadership, to include developing strategies to engage leadership with top donor prospects.
