The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s corporate development strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, negotiating and structuring transactions, and managing the due diligence process. The Senior Director will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with venture capital firms and other strategic partners.
