Coach site teams through deployment of Management Operating Structure routines

Daily direction setting, centerline management, rapid changeover, problem solving tools, clean-inspect-lubricate, defect handling, maintenance planning and scheduling

Partner in development of Management Operating Structure and coordination of integration for plant teams

Plan and schedule update meetings with senior management to review pain points and develop solutions

Strong leadership and program management

Manufacturing leadership experience (1+ years supervisory level)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Certification preferred

Demonstrate knowledge of quality tools, lean foundation elements and change management.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with all organizational levels, including senior management down to the frontline caregivers

Leads large or complex projects leveraging advanced continuous improvement and project management tools within assigned area.

In lieu of Master’s Degree, 6 years of process improvement experience or a Lean Certification may suffice

Four-year process improvement or project management

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Develops, manages, executes, and supports continuous improvement projects focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, Service, and People.

3+ years of experience in distribution or manufacturing environment preferred with exposure to lean and six sigma methodology.

Ensures existing management infrastructures (i.e. Centerlining, RFS, Leader Standard Work) are interlinked to provide a coherent framework in the Mill

Develops, facilitates, and manages Operational Excellence improvement plans for focus areas

Minimum 8 years’ experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lean and/or Six Sigma environment

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in Operations

Experience working at a minimum of 2 different manufacturing facilities

3+ years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management

2+ years of experience in process design and business process reengineering

2+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, benchmarking, and delivering verbal and written presentations of operational recommendations for improvement

1+ years of experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, large, dispersed client sales organization

Knowledge of Six Sigma and related business process re-engineering strategies

Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills

Hands-on problem solver with experience overcoming mechanical obstacles in a manufacturing setting

Provide guidance for other employees to create efficient and smoother processes

Oversight for DMAIC and kaizen projects

Conduct meetings and create documentation for overall plant improvement

5-10 years of leading lean/kaizen projects in a factory setting

Proven ability to coach and execute in a fast-paced environment

5 years related experience in a CI Manager role or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.

Project Management experience in a manufacturing/cross-functional environment.

Trains, coaches, and facilitates continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as lean, six sigma, kaizen, quality, and process management.

Works with management to ensure effective organizational design and that role is correctly organized, defined, documented, and communicated to all employees.

Outstanding verbal, written, and communications skills including facilitation and public-speaking experience.

Regularly holds problem solving meetings to help generate new processes and ways of working that can lead to tangible company benefits.

Change management & Coaching skills

Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management is required, while an MBA is preferred

Experience with use of structured problem-solving tools with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Leading the implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) (Tier structures with routine meetings, visual boards, problem solving)

5+ years of experience in consulting and/or manufacturing operations, with Continuous Improvement experience

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Project management experience in a cross functional environment leading groups that do not directly report to you.

2+ years’ experience in Inventory Management/Control, process improvement, or data analysis

Solid knowledge of supply chain management and engineering analytics

Develop process flows and procedures to drive best practices and process improvement in inventory management related processes.

Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently

Proficient skill with Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of Plant Variances and understanding their development of them.

Follow project to fruition as needed but should avoid becoming a ‘project manager’.

Be proficient in all 5 TPS Systems, and able to teach with confidence.

Inspire behavioral changes through coaching in 1-on-1 or group settings.

Maintain aggressive timelines and schedules for TPS Implementation.

Partner with Operations in the implementation, while transitioning to an operations-owned TPS.
