Senior Consultant Strategic Program Transformation Jobs

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:

Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) tools for business development within the VA/VHA.

Good Steward of Resources: Effectively manages the operations of a department (revenue, costs, people, etc.)

Demonstrated experience in leading successful outcomes and managing large, complex projects or initiatives within the VA/VHA.

Demonstrated experience in managing a work program within the VA/VHA and ensuring its alignment with strategic goals.

Knowledge of federal health policy and its impact on program implementation and execution within the VA/VHA.

Established program management skills such as resource management, risk management, project finances, and partner/contract management.

PMP certification, Agile Certification, MBA, or Masters Certificate in Project Management required.

Proven experience as a program manager, overseeing complex projects and driving successful integrations of Salesforce CRM with order fulfillment systems.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Balance competing factors and manage the gaps and interfaces between workstreams to effectively maximize program impact.

Experience in leading process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Assist in quantify the savings from initiatives and validating savings with Finance Department

Identify strategic change agents at operational level.

Provide the TO Engagement with Stakeholders to ensure improvement in TO performance

Provide assistance to TO Project Team in terms of project identification, selection and prioritization on areas of focus

Providing coaching and promote TO awareness to all employees especially for Project Leaders & members on improving process and quality

Evaluate TO projects against current practice and provide feedback for process improvement and cost savings

Required Education, Certifications And Experience

Strong project lead skills and demonstrated experience in preparing work plans leading small to mid-sized projects and portions of larger projects.

Manage small to mid-size projects and portions of larger projects related to program transformations.

Receive, manage and resolve complex, and sometimes sensitive inquiries, including cross-functional support of Second Blue Bid requests.

Minimum of 4 years related business experience.

Experience working collaboratively with highly matrixed teams.
