Job Purpose
- Identify strategic change agents at operational level.
- Assist and provide support to the CTO in programme delivery control, support initiative delivery, provide programme performance transparency to management and role model.
- Responsible in providing assistance to Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) in terms of project identification, selection, prioritization, coaching, etc. for Property Development and Property Investment & Asset Management inclusive of Hospitality & Leisure in achieving TO KPIs for Property Division
Job Responsibilities
Business
- Responsible in identifying the number to TO projects to be implemented for Property Development and Property Investment & Asset Management (Malaysia Region) in achieving the target cost saving as per the TO Playbook
Stakeholder Management
- Evaluate TO projects against current practice and provide feedback for process improvement and cost savings
- Provide assistance to TO Project Team in terms of project identification, selection and prioritization on areas of focus
- Provide the TO Engagement with Stakeholders to ensure improvement in TO performance
- Providing coaching and promote TO awareness to all employees especially for Project Leaders & members on improving process and quality
Financial
- Work closely with Workstream project Sponors ? Leaders to achieve TO KPI targets
- Assist in quantify the savings from initiatives and validating savings with Finance Department
- Provide advisory / consultancy services to work streams
People and Communication Management
- Managing relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Attend training for self-development in transformation-related training, leadership competencies, etc
- Communicate and negotiate effectively to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of business results
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Certified Black Belt
- Degree/Master of Business Administration (MBA)
