Experience drafting a wide range of communications products, including fact sheets, success stories, talking points, and briefing papers.

Assesses future students to ensure they have the potential, traits, characteristics, qualifications and financial wherewithal to be enrolled through graduation

Adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as Adtalem Global Education Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

6 months of previous admissions experience Required

Ten years' U.S. or NATO ally military experience in an aviation maintenance or flight engineer capacity.

Two years of flight line maintenance and production control experience.

Minimum of one year of demonstrated prior professional experience advising foreign military personnel.

Minimum of one year of demonstrated prior professional experience conducting raining for foreign military personnel.

English language (written and spoken) communications skills.

Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Project Management (PM) Certification preferred

At least 12 years of experience in inclusive development and localization.

Demonstrated experience in leading program coordination, strategic planning, and project design with marginalized communities.

Demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced, technically challenging environment under minimum supervision.

Interpersonal skills in facilitation and collaborator engagement/coordination, particularly with local partners.

Work with partners to design inclusive processes to co-identify and co-design capacity strengthening activities.

Curate and manage coalition partner database of new and known audiences; track ongoing movement activity in those audiences.

Make recommendations regarding and manage integration of engagement audiences into standing coalitions.

Ability to represent Heritage to other organizations across the country and manage successful relationships based on trust and respect.

Have a bias for action – take the initiative and demonstrate the ability to self-manage.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Organize and host strategic conversations adjacent to meetings, conferences, and events in Washington, D.C. and across the country.

Knowledge of quality measure specifications and requirements

Educate clients on regulatory requirements and measure specifications

3 years relevant (healthcare/informatics) experience

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Experience with EHR implementation and support

Minimum 7 years of experience in Category Management

Space Management Software Experience strongly preferred

CPG experience required; Walmart experience required

Expertise in linking analytics via traditional data sources with cutting edge capabilities and tools to develop insights into action

Extensive knowledge of data sources (Retail Link, Nielsen, Luminate, IRI, Numerator, Household Panel, Loyalty Card Data)

Experience penetrating, persuading, and influencing internal & external touchpoints through clear, cogent, and concise communication
