As a Clinical Quality Advisor, you establish effective client relationships by providing expert guidance and support to Quality Leaders at hospitals and practices using Medisolv’s ENCOR for Electronic Hospital Measures and/or Electronic Clinician Measures applications.
First and foremost, as a valuable member of the ENCOR team, you are committed to improving the quality of healthcare for the patients our clients serve. You use your in-depth understanding of quality measures, including Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) and Promoting Interoperability (PI), to assist clients with implementing and maintaining successful data capture and reporting processes.
While working closely with the client during application and measure implementation, you assist with current state evaluation, gap analysis, and measure and workflow education. Your continued work with the client after implementation includes on-going education, data validation and issue resolution. You are a self-starter, extremely analytical, and through your relationship building skills, you strive to be a resource to both your clients and the team.
Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide application training and guidance
- Educate clients on regulatory requirements and measure specifications
- Software implementation, data analysis and support
- Validate and troubleshoot measure results
- Review workflow, current state assessment and gap analysis
- Data submission to regulatory agencies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Required Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
- Aptitude to learn complicated process & measure logic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- 3 years relevant (healthcare/informatics) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of quality measure specifications and requirements
- Experience with EHR implementation and support
This position is open to remote work. Our office is located in Columbia, Maryland.
