Detailed Job Description The Senior Benefits Manager is responsible for developing and managing the organization’s employee benefits programs. This includes researching, designing, and implementing new benefits plans, as well as managing existing plans. They must also ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Benefits Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and brokers, and negotiating contracts with them. They must also stay up-to-date on the latest trends in benefits and regulations, and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws. Job Skills Required
