Salary Range: $73,000 - $83,000 (Commensurate with education and experience)
Performs benefits analysis, identifies issues, and provides recommendations for efficiency and/or corrections. Follows up with customers to ensure data is accurate.
Fields questions and advises and instructs customers on benefits and payroll policies and procedures.

Overview A Senior Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs. They are responsible for ensuring that the benefits offered are competitive and cost-effective, while also meeting the needs of the organization and its employees. They must also stay up-to-date on the latest trends in benefits and regulations, and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws. Detailed Job Description The Senior Benefits Manager is responsible for developing and managing the organization’s employee benefits programs. This includes researching, designing, and implementing new benefits plans, as well as managing existing plans. They must also ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Benefits Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and brokers, and negotiating contracts with them. They must also stay up-to-date on the latest trends in benefits and regulations, and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits management
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g. CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
