Senior Benefits Administrator Jobs in New York

Administer and internally market the company's benefits programs concerning plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.

Plan and manage Storable’s annual benefits Open Enrollment.

Provide new employee onboarding benefits education and support ongoing communications through curated Lunch and Learns or vendor webinars.

A minimum of 5 years of administrative Benefits experience in organizations with more than 400 EEs.

Experience using video or screen recordings in documentation or other practices that enable asynchronous knowledge sharing.

Experience managing international benefits plans and vendors, specifically for India and Romania

Prepares executive summaries of renewals, benefit plan performance, and recommendations to present to the management team.

Strong communication and change management skills.

Act as a project manager on benefit initiatives such annual benefit renewals in various geographies.

Work in collaboration with the Finance to develop an annual benefits budget.

6+ years experience in Benefits in an international environment.

Roll out the TR strategy and Benefits policies across multiple geographies to drive consistency across Dataiku.
