PhD degree in a life science discipline (molecular biology, protein engineering, antibody engineering, biochemistry, or closely related disciplines).

Detail-oriented, excellent in problem solving and troubleshooting, and can function both independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality management systems relevant to chemical research and development.

Proficiency in process optimization methodologies, project management principles, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).

Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in wet chemistry process engineering, focusing on producing calcium carbonate materials.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and the aptitude to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of wet chemistry processes, including precipitation, crystallization, and purification techniques, as applied to calcium carbonate materials.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.

Must be detail-oriented, have strategic planning skills and capability to multi-task, ensuring that all tactical details are managed efficiently and effectively.

Provides scientific leadership by proactively advising, sharing knowledge and expert opinions across functions.

Applies experience and expertise of preclinical development of new drugs to guide study design.

PhD with 5-7 years of experience in Neurosciences, or CNS related diseases.

Strong knowledge in Neuroscience, immunology, pharmacology, and related fields.

Interactive and collaborative approach; expert influence and conflict resolution skills are preferred.

Familiarity with FDA requirements and work experience in regulated and QMS compliant environment.

Experience in designing and performing molecular assays, such as nucleic acid amplification assays.

Experience with nucleic acid analysis techniques such as gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, sequencing, and understanding of different DNA detection modalities

Industry experience in design control life cycle of developing IVD and CE-IVD diagnostic products

Handle biospecimens in a molecular diagnostic setting, and familiar with pre-PCR and post-PCR lab procedures..

Maintain clear and concise documentation of developed processes in a lab notebook

Organize, summarize and present data to management and the rest of the research team on an ongoing basis.

Knowledge of in vitro and ex vivo models of fibrosis and inflammation; In vivo experience is a plus.

Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with various academic and corporate partners.

Minimum 2-4 years drug discovery experience or equivalent postdoctoral experience.

Ongoing knowledge of research developments and literature within the fibrosis, inflammation and oncology space.

Strong written and oral skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
