Senior Associate Fund Accountant Jobs

Manage and interpret exception reporting from for inventory management and reconciliation.

Produce and analyze monthly financial statements, quarterly sales reports and assist with month-end close and preparation of supporting schedules.

Reconcile bank accounts and open online transactions against shipping invoices and payments

Run bi-weekly inventory analysis. Support in managing our in-season inventory and reporting on sell-through.

Accountability for profits, expenses, assets.

Ensure site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability

Perform month-end close responsibilities (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, and various analysis) for assigned areas

At least 0-2 years of accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related field

Experience performing reconciliations and researching reconciling items

Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.

Remote: Role is full-time remote.

Demonstrate solid computer and/or other required business application skills.

Possess general knowledge of the functions involved in other operations groups.

Work in a critical deadline environment, while handling high volumes.

Assisting the management company with quarterly consolidation of applicable funds under GAAP, working with the corporate GL system

Responsible for Ad Hoc requests and special projects as necessary from management.

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of work experience in fund accounting (public and private mix preferred)

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. VBA/Macro knowledge a plus.
