Oversee security incident response and crisis management activities.

Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience, preferred.

Administration of access requests in conjunction with HR and management.

5+ years of security experience with at least two years as a people manager.

Manage and mentor internal as well as contracted security professionals.

Support and manage vendor relationships including key performance tracking, accountability, and cost effectiveness.

Experience in a Security function managing large sites, corporate, or manufacturing environment is desirable.

CPP, PSP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Experience with card access control and video management system (VMS)

Experience using Maximo or other similar inventory/work order management system

Four (4) years of security or law enforcement experience

One (1) year of complex administrative lead/supervisory experience

Additional years of supervisory experience working from multiple locations

Experience with coordinating schedules for 24/7 operations

Collects and reports management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations

High school diploma or GED required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations)

Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred

Monitors the budgets and finances of the person(s) served

Minimum age requirement is 18 years

Coaches and mentors direct support staff

Develop inventory management strategies with sales to ensure alignment of inventory utilization

Ownership of performance management, disciplinary action, and recognition

Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required; Salesforce experience -preferred

on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Collaborate with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and impact of HUB/Branch policies and procedures.

Resolve field representative, sales managers and/or customer concerns or complaints to resolve inventory issues

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the quality management system.

Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the quality management system.

Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015

2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, regulatory affairs experience (FDA, DEA, etc.) desired.

ASQ or other accredited certification as ISO lead auditor preferred

Manages ambiguity by operating effectively, even when the path lacks clarity or certainty.

Participate in department projects and initiatives and provide knowledge and leadership in cross-functional project teams

Manage guard operation to ensure an adequate level of security at all times

Manage the adaptive response officer program

Take charge of assigned areas during building evacuations and other emergencies; ensure that security officers are knowledgeable of emergency procedures

Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of related experience

Must have excellent English written and verbal communications skills

In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.

Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.

Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services.

Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
