Extensive experience in verbal and written investigative reporting

Experience identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks. Familiar with principles of risk management and how they apply to cybersecurity.

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

Develop and deliver reports, including metrics, initiatives, regional and cyber requirements, and executive presentations.

Experience with a wide range of IT systems and applications

Experience managing projects from start to finish with clear objectives, timelines and budgets.

Experience adapting strategies to emerging cybertechnology threats.

Strong knowledge of security tools and capabilities

Drive communications with managed security services providers to ensure the protection of corporate data and systems

This position will manage Avanos full-time employees (security architects and analysts), outside contractors/consultants and third-party service providers

10+ years of experience in network security, cyber security, and/or security operations

5+ years of working with managed security service providers

Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.

Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and Procedures.

Prepares the schedules of the Security Officers.

Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Security Department.

Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, count-room and cash handling Procedures.

Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas.

Proven track record of successful product management leadership, driving the development and launch of enterprise-level network security products.

·Prefer a candidate with network migration and consulting services experience

7 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE MANAGING / DIRECTING SECURITY OPERATIONS

3+ YEARS OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE PC SKILLS INCLUDING MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Security or related field or relevant equivalent work experience

Prepare reports for both security and operational management regarding security findings/issues.

Manage shift security operations to assure employee well being and minimize the loss of organizational assets.

Minimum Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent.

Oversee a designated team of non-exempts to meet departmental, service, financial, productivity, and quality goals.

Develop goals with direct reports and provide appropriate coaching on an ongoing basis.

Resolve department and customer issues. Communicate issues/resolution to your staff.
