Location Reno - Ridgeview (5110 Mae Anne, Ste 500, Reno, NV 89523) **

Anticipates guests’ needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.

Provides spa guests with a comfortable and relaxing spa experience while ensuring the utmost safety for our guests.

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Working knowledge of body care lines for professional usage and sales.

1 year of guest service experience.

Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

One (1) year of guest service experience

One (1) year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment

Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies

Support to other areas of the Spa/Health Club as needed. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Two years hotel or resort experience preferred QUALIFICATIONS:

Reports any safety hazards to the Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

Two years hotel or resort experience preferred

Massages guests using normally accepted techniques and rubbing compounds.

Maintains adequate supplies to ensure the flawless delivery of services and a seamless transition from one treatment to the next.
