Seasonal Zoo Camp Coordinator Jobs

Serving as a point of contact and program representative with Industry Members, including studio executives, producers, and artist agents and managers.

2 years of administrative, nonprofit program coordination, or agency experience preferred.

Experience reading and evaluating scripts and providing coverage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Interest and knowledge of the TV industry, including agencies, studios, networks and production companies.

Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with boutique management and peers

Support overall success of boutique audits; partner with management to implement and execute action plans

Demonstrate Cartier competencies and behaviors; foster transparency with colleagues and management by sharing feedback and information

MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred

Support other transactional flows (ecommerce, etc.) to ensure efficient business operations and seamless client experience

Assist with care service responsibilities as needed (e.g., the client repair flow, execution of reports, and monthly inventory/reconciliation)

Substitute of Experience for Education Permitted

Two years of prior-related work experience

Experience supervising youth in groups of 8 to 20.

Carries out the goals, themes and schedule of the program to ensure a consistent and high quality experience.

Experience working with youth ranging from 3rd grade to 9th grade in a structured program setting

Appropriate academic background, certification, license or training in specialty area, and

Experience working in a supervisory or managerial role in an educational, summer camp, or after-school setting

Camp Levine faculty positions are open to experienced early childhood and/or elementary teachers with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Along with the respective Campus Manager, monitor use of the building for safe camp operations.

Ensure the safety of all campers and teen apprentices and obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Extensive training and experience working with children

Excellent communication skills with parents

Camp Counselors: $17.00 per hour

Camp Instructors: $ 18.00 per hour

Program Planning and implementation of the day camp program.

Adhering to all guidelines outlined in the Day Camp Policy and Procedures Manual.

Organize and maintain all camp equipment, supplies and camp areas.

Contacting campers prior to each camp session.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Responsible for leading our Zoofari experience – an educational bus tour on the Watani habitat if hired as a Zoofari Educator.

Knowledge of basic educational and interpretive techniques.

Experience working with school aged children and tailoring education to age or grade level.

Experience handling animal ambassador as part of educational programming

Experience with behavior management and creative problem-solving.

Develop curriculum that correlates to camp learning objectives and themes, with support from Zoo Camp management.

1+ years of paid experience working with children in a formal or informal educational setting.

Ability to adapt to new situations, experiences and directives.

Knowledge of or willingness to learn animal-science and conservation terms and concepts.

First Aid and CPR certification (training will be provided, if not already certified)

Camp Counselor: $17.00 per hour

Camp Coordinator: $ 18.00 per hour

You have experience as a camp counselor, athletic coach, or similar non-teaching role

Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)

You’re a gifted, relatable motivator who can connect with kids on a peer level

You’re a role model who holds yourself to the same high standards you expect from your students

Bachelor's degree in any subject

High level of energy and a desire to boost others up

Strong verbal and written English communications skills required. Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) communication skills a plus.

Maintains a safe and healthy environment for all our campers, ranging in age from 3-17.

Implements weekly lesson plans including games, activities and crafts that correlate with the program’s overall theme and goals.

Presents lesson plan components in a professional, fun, energetic manner. Maintains a positive, patient attitude throughout each program session.

Maintains an organized flow of class time to accomplish planned activities.

Gathers all supplies and materials needed for daily activities and informs supervisor coordinators of needed items.

Other job-related duties as assigned may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Prior experience working with children.

Successfully complete DCF Criminal History Background Check requirements as well as meet the Association’s policies on background screening.

CPR and First Aid Certifications required
