Scrum Master Trainer Jobs in Pennsylvania

Work with stakeholders and other Scrum teams to manage dependencies and deliver coordinated solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.

Proven experience in leading the establishment of Agile Scrum practices in an organization.

Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills.

Experience with product delivery and project management tools, including Jira required

Outstanding collaboration and communication skills with exceptional problem-solving capabilities

Understanding of standard project management processes and concepts, including tracking and managing risks and issues

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field; commensurate experience (5+ years) will be considered in lieu of a college degree

Relevant certifications expected (PMP, CSM, ACP)

Demonstrated experience working in various Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile development teams and successfully delivering projects.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to foster a positive and productive team environment.

Communicate with other management, developers, product managers/owners and technical support specialists on product issues.

A four year degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration related discipline or equivalent experience.

7+ years direct experience working in an Agile methodology as a Scrum Master or Agile team member

Experience bringing at least 1-3 teams to Agile and 1 or more projects/products

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Facilitate and lead the Scrum framework in the healthcare insurance team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with product owners to identify and prioritize project goals, user stories, and product backlog items.

Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum values, and continuously improve the team's performance.
