Works with product management, product owners, and business owners to help assure execution alignment for scrum teams. 20%

Facilitate team level agile processes and release train execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery.

Resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle.

Work with multiple in-house and external Scrum teams that are enterprise-wide to remove impediments and manage dependencies. 15%

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog effectively

Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Champion the adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices

Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress

Utilize team feedback and metrics to continuously improve performance

Represent the team at planning and coordination sessions

Experience working with or knowledge of public cloud

Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)

Improve product ownership skills through regular coaching and guidance

Demonstrated experience teaching, coaching, and influencing team to adopt change

Ability to navigate complex, enterprise organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers

Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)

Good methodological knowledge regarding moderation, mediation, change management and team development as well as the ability of decision-making and fact-finding.

Facilitate and manage communications to stakeholders, the broader project team, and program leaders.

Minimum: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

Must have successful experience in delivering to external clients.

Other role experience – Developer, QA, PM, BA

Provide Agile leadership to distributed Product development teams.

Six or more years of experience in software product or application development, business analysis/digital analyst, or project management

Experience in software product or application development, business analysis or project management

Knowledge and experience in transitioning teams from traditional mode to agile

Knowledge and experience as a Development Team Member of an Agile Team

Must have completed and received certification in the 1.0 Scrum Master Enablement Program offered by Enterprise Agility office

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

·Collaborate with Engineering Management to increase quality standards through technical excellence.

·You have excellent communication skills and are willing and able to deliver candid feedback.

·You are adept at facilitating in-person, remote, and hybrid collaboration sessions.

·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

·CSM or PSM certification or equivalent preferred.

Track and manage velocity from the teams, offering guidance on ways to make improvements

Use agile methodologies, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions

CSM Certification, SAFe prefered or PSM Certification

3+ years of experience as Scrum Master

Excellent people and interpersonal skills

Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tool

• Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment.

• Working closely with the Management teams and all the stakeholders.

• Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology.

• Understand the requirements from the development and delivery team and assist in designing software solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence and JAMA.
