Our established and rapidly growing client in the insurance brokerage industry is looking to add a Senior Scrum Master to their growing team in the Atlanta area!

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and championing the agile software development process. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring development teams, identifying and eliminating impediments, and promoting the use of best practices and standards. You will lead daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings, and retrospectives to ensure smooth operation of agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress
• Utilize team feedback and metrics to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog effectively
• Champion the adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices
• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Represent the team at planning and coordination sessions
