ABOUT THIS ROLE

Because of this, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Scrum Master who is experienced in helping teams, Product Owners and Managers successfully use and evolve a sustainable agile mindset and set of practices. As an Insight Global Scrum Master, you will provide effective coaching, mentoring, facilitation and education to help us continuously improve our organizational structure, culture, and agile practices. By supporting our managers and teams in delivering excellent outcomes, you will drive increased usage of appropriate lean-agile practices, resulting in quality products and satisfied users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
·Facilitate Scrum events or ensure they are facilitated by others on the team.
·Foster continuous improvement in the teams through active participation in retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused on continuous improvement.
·Clear (and support others in clearing) organizational hindrances and keep agile process consistent.
·In collaboration with other Scrum Masters manage and maintain backlog management tool (Jira), including standard fields and workflows, to ensure consistency across products.
·Evangelize Agile principles in the organization.
·In collaboration with other Scrum Masters maintain and organize the Agile Process & Tools wiki.
·Collaborate with Product Owner on techniques for effective product backlog management.
·Provide guidance and coaching to the development team as they self-organize.
·Collaborate with Engineering Management to increase quality standards through technical excellence.
·Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders outside of the Scrum Team to assist them in ways to have valuable interactions with the team.
·Collaborate with Project Managers on large cross-product initiatives, ensuring that delivery and communication is consistent with Agile values.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
·You have excellent communication skills and are willing and able to deliver candid feedback.
·You understand the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
·You understand IT business processes and software implementation.
·You can navigate and configure JIRA.
·You are adept at facilitating in-person, remote, and hybrid collaboration sessions.
·You thrive on feedback and getting better every day!
·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
·CSM or PSM certification or equivalent preferred.
·2+ years experience with large-scale Agile environment (5 or more teams 4 or more products).
·5+ years experience working in an agile/scrum environment as a Scrum Master or equivalent.
·Demonstrated evidence of continual learning and improvement.

*Compensation Range between 130K~ based on individual experience
